All the staff offered caring and considerate customer service at a time when emotions are stretched. Nothing was too much trouble, from collecting my mother from outside the county and bringing her home to realigning the layout of the service sheets for the funeral. The discussion about the service and requirements was, due to distance, done by telephone and email and worked well. Having a dedicated person present on the day to liaise with and direct the family was delivered skilfully and unobtrusively. Overall, the attention to detail and concern for all on the day was exemplary. One family member commented ‘it was the best funeral she’d been to’and this was in no small way due to the team at Beswethericks. When the account arrived it was £3,000 less than a very similar funeral organised up country with a Funeral Directors who are part of a larger organisation, which was pleasing, especially as the service we, and my mum, experienced was so good.
